This is a rather complicated Questionnaire that has several purposes behind it. First is to see if a prospective student is willing to do the work. Laziness does not work in the craft. Secondly, you learn things about to your prospective to see if they are safe to have around the others, no need to have a person who could cause a gun toting loco to come after your group. Thirdly, you learn what issues may be important to either address or discuss with the student to be. Forthly, you learn if the student might have issues that could make other covenmates uncomfortable. Lastly, you learn what this new student to be might have to teach you. Also, personality conflicts exist even with the nicest people so it is good to get a handle on who might what ahead of time. |

Part 2 Answer these questions on a separate sheet of paper. List the question first, then your answer. How do you feel about violence? Do you feel you have a violent temper?
